All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $75

• Standard shipping on orders under $75: $6.99

Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• All orders ship from Miami, FL

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Oak & Hugs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oak & Hugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost please contact us at oakandhugs@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged please contact us at oakandhugs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately. 🤍
