At Oak & Hugs, we want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 🎀
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email us at oakandhugs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size or style, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email us at oakandhugs@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during sale events are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at oakandhugs@gmail.com and we will make it right immediately. 🤍
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
